Delete Account

If you wish to permanently delete your Surfing Sobriety account and associated user data, you can do so at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

You have two options:

1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Open the Surfing Sobriety app and navigate to:

Menu ☰ → Profile → Delete My Account

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Your Surfing Sobriety account and associated user data will be removed from the Service and can no longer be accessed or recovered by you.

We may maintain limited backups and operational records for a period of time to protect the integrity, security, and continuity of the Service.

2. Request by Email

You may also request account deletion by emailing:

Please include the email address linked to your account so we can locate and delete your Surfing Sobriety account and associated user data.

Requests submitted by email will generally be processed within 30 days.

Important

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription directly through your device settings.

Deleting your account does not automatically remove historical transaction records maintained by Apple, Google, IAPHUB, or other payment providers.

Once your account has been deleted, your user data cannot be recovered.
